HISTORY. ALIVE!

Inspiring, interactive and immersive learning.

The Past Presents aims to provide the UK’s most memorable, interactive and hands-on history workshop experience. Specialising in Primary Education we create our workshops by asking one important question first…

“How can we bring this to life!?”

LEARNING THROUGH BEING

Less 'show & tell', more 'do and learn'!

Our Facilitators create the environment for your children to explore history their way, by building, creating and acting out the past! Build our 10ft Egyptian pyramid, raise the giant stones of our Schoolhenge, attack the Britons in a Roman Testudo and so much more!

Testimonials

"Thank you so much for an amazing day! The kids are still talking about it now and parents have said how much they talked about it when they went home. Both of your Facilitators had a great presence with the children and your behaviour management was spot on. The fact you kept the attention of 90 children for the beginning and the end of the day was fab. The resources were excellent and complemented the learning well. The value for money was great. We just thought it was amazing! We will definitely be booking again for next year."

"The children really enjoyed the day and all of the activities, especially the battles! Your Facilitator did a great job and I really enjoyed the session with the Viking Ship. We will definitely get in touch with you if any other year groups would like your services!"

"We, at NLC had a brilliant time on 3rd Feb with your Victorian Day. The resources you have are amazing and helped make the day even more special. The children spoke about their favourite activities all last week. They thoroughly enjoyed it. We have passed our thoughts to the rest of the staff and recommended you to them. Thanks again for an amazing day."

"We had the most amazing experience with The Past Presents delivering an Ancient Egyptians workshop. The children loved every minute of it and they were all engaged from the minute you arrived to the very end. The tasks were fantastic and brought the whole topic to life for them. The mummification was by far their favourite and most memorable. The closing ceremony for the day was incredible and brought all of their learning to an end in a brilliant way. You were brilliant with all of the children and a font of knowledge for any of their questions. Would definitely recommend!"
